I grew up just outside Red Bud with my parents, Gerald and Bonnie Hitzemann (Stellhorn), and brother, Andrew Hitzemann. I have one living grandparent, Geneva Stellhorn (Hanebutt).
My Grandpa Edwin Hitzemann passed before I was born, but I hope he and Grandma Esther Hitzemann (Salger), smile proudly from above. I wish Grandpa Kenneth "Kenny" Stellhorn had seen this day, I know he would have enjoyed seeing his grandson follow in his political footsteps. Grandpa Stellhorn served as a Republican County Commissioner in Randolph County for 18 years, and I spent many a summer weekend walking in parades as a kid.
A little over 10 years ago I married my best friend, Beth (Sienkiewicz), and with that marriage came inclusion into another amazing family. In the past 4 years, Beth and I have been blessed with 2 wonderful kids, they are our joy and life. I seek this position for them and all Monroe County families.
